How Payment Works
- 1. Reserve your vehicle. Submit a rental request and you'll get a booking reference.
- 2. Pay by card online. Checkout opens right after you book, and your rental total plus the refundable deposit are paid securely by card.
- 3. Get confirmed. Once payment clears, your dates are locked in and pick-up details are confirmed by text.
- 4. Get refunded. The deposit is returned to the same card after the vehicle comes back on time, undamaged, and with the same fuel level.

Secure card payments. Cards are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Refunds. Deposits are returned to your original card within 48 hours after the return inspection. Cancel 48+ hours before pick-up for a full refund.

Chauffeur service does not require a security deposit — it's paid in full at booking.
