Rental Agreement (read the full agreement)

•I am 21 years of age or older and hold a valid, unexpired driver's license.
•I carry full-coverage auto insurance that applies to this rental.
•I will return the vehicle at the agreed drop-off date, time and location, with the same fuel level it left with.
•No smoking, vaping or pets in the vehicle. A cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is returned smelling of smoke or heavily soiled.
•I am responsible for all tolls, parking fees, traffic citations and towing charges incurred during my rental.
•The vehicle will not be sub-rented, used for rideshare or delivery work, taken off-road, or driven by anyone not listed on this booking.
•A security deposit is held for the rental and returned after the vehicle is inspected and returned undamaged.
•I authorize a card on file to be charged for damage, excess mileage, late returns, cleaning or fuel not covered by the deposit.
•Cancellations 48 or more hours before pick-up are refunded in full. Inside 48 hours, refunds are handled case by case.
